Monday and Tuesday was a crazy dinosaur days, we measured dinosaurs on the playground to see how big a real one would be. We measured how many of our hands it would take to make a dinosaur foot and for some of us it was 12 of our hands. Some of the boys came up with a brilliant idea to use rulers to measure around the size of a giant dinosaur foot to see how big it was. It turns out they were 10 rulers round!
We made dinosaur jigsaws, played dinosaur snap, coloured dinosaur pictures and did dinosaur maths with Harry’s bucketful of dinosaurs!
On Tuesday afternoon we also got to make bonfire chocolate apples, make a giant bonfire picture for our display and write bonfire WOW words.
We had a keen photographer that afternoon who took photos of our learning.
