Chip the Tortoise

Today Millie brought in a special show and tell. She brought in her Tortoise Chip! Chip is 40 years old… That’s almost as old as Mr O’ Leary!

She has only just woke up from hibernation. We all looked at her on the carpet and some of us had a hold.

At playtime Miss Irwin left her on the carpet, but when she’s turned around Chip had walked very quickly all the way over into the reading corner for a lie down on the cushions!
